We are a group of young, dynamic professionals that started in 2006 in providing property management and rental opportunities to our first client. Since then, we have flourished in the area and currently work with over 60 properties. We strive to build up our business and establish a cooperative and professional relationship with other agencies in the area and feel that we are now at a level of competence that allows us to involve more properties. We take a lot of pride in our business and its growth over the past few years, greatly because of the loyalty we have for our valued clients and their guests. We feel a great part of our success is the feedback we receive from our clients, as this has given us an exceptional reputation through word of mouth. The rental industry here in Punta Mita is consistently growing, and we are proud to take a leadership role with vacation rentals.

Mita Rentals was established in 2012, working together with our sister companies North Shore Realty (Est. 2014) and Concierge @ theBay (Est.2006) from Punta Mita, Mexico.

Our team regards this company as if it is their own, and says that the pride and motivation in each person’s duties are evident. We have members on-site for any type of assistance needed, which allows us to stay connected with our clients and guests 24/7. This enables a quick turnaround response time providing solutions to any problem within 30 minutes, no matter the extent of it. We also ensure that on your side the resources we utilize are trusted and reliable resources. Our priority is to ensure the well-being of the client and guest and exceed all expectations no matter the case.

Our properties meet high-quality standards in the area, and we ensure that our guests are respectful of the property and surrounding area to ensure a problem-free stay on all accounts. To avoid this, we speak with our clients directly over the phone as much as possible to better grasp their intentions and preferences when renting. This allows us to find the most appropriate unit for the holiday base; interests, group dynamic, and budget.

We tend to all the needs of property owners and their guests and work to the best of our ability to ensure we meet the highest of all standards and exceed all expectations for your visit and the guests´ vacation here in Punta Mita. Our concierge services are included in all rentals and provide all preparatory services as well as on-site care to make you and your guests´ stay more enjoyable.

Our team consists of over 50 like-minded individuals from each division of our business, such as property management, concierge services, primary rental agent, housekeeping, maintenance, as well as clerical staff amongst others. We ensure that all members are involved in vital decision-making and most importantly, can grow within the company. We dedicate ourselves to our clients and guests and have worked hard towards a program that ensures satisfaction all around.

Our offices are located on the North Shore of Banderas Bay, Riviera Nayarit. We currently occupy properties in Hacienda de Mita, Lagos del Mar, El Encanto, El Anclote, Faro de Mita, Ranchos, and La Punta Estates as well as Los Veneros and Farallon (a fast-growing beachfront development for premium homes and condominiums approximately 10km south of Punta Mita.)
