Our Concierge can organize your grocery shopping, reservations, airport transfers, taxi service, sport fishing, surfboarding, paddle boarding, horseback riding, ATV, zip lining, golf are all available in the immediate area.

A 5-10 minute walk along the beach will take you to several restaurant options as well as casual spots on the beach. A 20 minute drive will take you to the charming towns of Sayulita and San Pancho. A 50 minute drive will take you to the cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta with its many cultural sites and you can even dine where Richard and Elizabeth ignited their romance.

The building, Punta Vista I, has 10 units and provides 24 hour security. The apartment has a security system with cameras directed only at entry/exit doors.

State of the art Punta Mita Hospital, just 5 minutes away, provides medical treatment and Emergency services.

***The maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 guests (regardless of the age) with no exceptions. Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for cancellation of the reservation without refund.
