This unit the cleaning service is only IN/OUT. In case you need more days during your stay, is available with an extra charge.

A 5-10 minute walk along the beach will take you to several restaurant options as well as casual spots on the beach. A 20 minute drive will take you to the charming towns of Sayulita and San Pancho. A 50 minute drive will take you to the cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta with its many cultural sites and you can even dine where Richard and Elizabeth ignited their romance.

The building, Punta Vista I, has 10 units and provides 24 hour security. The apartment has a security system with cameras directed only at entry/exit doors.

State of the art Punta Mita Hospital, just 5 minutes away, provides medical treatment and Emergency services.

***The maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 guests (regardless of the age) with no exceptions. Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for cancellation of the reservation without refund.
