The general living area of the home is an open plan with vaulted ceilings and commanding views of the Bay of Banderas and Las Marietas Islands. The great room is comprised of a living room, dining room, chef's kitchen and large terrace. Natural light pours in through the 25ft wide sliding glass doors which also disappear out of view into the walls, opening the entire space to the ocean breezes and the melodious songs of resident birdlife. One of the best features of penthouse living is the option to leave the doors and windows open for your entire stay! The cathedral ceilings enhance the light and airy feel. Interior and exterior fans provide a steady breeze on calm evenings.
Generously proportioned guest rooms are ensuite and each has a distinct view of either the ocean, the mountains or the golf-coursework . Two bedrooms are with king size beds. The third bedroom can be configured as a king bed or two twins. An additional single bed is located in the multipurpose room where, if you must work whilst on vacation, there is also desk space with ample space and lighting.
Unique within the entire Punta de Mita resort and ONLY for guests staying at Hacienda de Mita, is direct walking access to the village of Punta Mita known for its local shopping, excellent beachside dining and nightlife. This private gate is a 4 minute walk from your doorstep.

All the equipment you need to enjoy your time in or on the water is available at the water sport centres located at each club. Instructors are available for surfing, sup and sailing lessons. It is possible to make reservations for beachside lounge chairs during peak visitor times. Note: some beach clubs have a minimum spend for guests. Kupuri and Pacifico have special areas dedicated for kids and families with pools, a play area or a kidâ??s activity centre. Of course, in our opinion, the perfect start or finish to your day begins with a dip in the beautiful pool located right in front of our home
