Most places listed as 'Punta Mita' are not actually near downtown Punta Mita. They are in the surrounding area. Almost all of these units would require a car or a very long hike to get to any form of market, restaurant, the marina for excursions, etc. We are located in an exclusive and secure community just on the edge of the main strip! For guests who would rather walk to enjoy the local experience, this is your best option.

This luxurious ocean-view unit complete with a beautiful pool area and cabana offers everything you could need at a surprisingly low price. Most importantly, it is just as it looks in the pictures, which is not always the case. We are very proud to say that we constantly upgrade our unit and amenities and maintain our place at a higher standard than most in our price range. It is equipped with a luxury kitchen, high-end appliances, all kitchen utensils and a dining table that seats 6 people. Our unit has a private walking path to the west end of a 5-mile stretch of sandy beaches.
